We currently offer free shipping above PLN 149 within Poland.

Do costs depend on weight, basket value or country?

In Poland, shipping costs are PLN 14.99 for purchases under PLN 149. Shipping is free for orders over PLN 149. Other EU countries have a fixed shipping cost. No free international shipping.

How many business days does it take to prepare an order?

We need approximately 2 days to pack and ship the order, and the rest is handled by the supplier. Typically, the entire process takes up to 3 business days.

How long does delivery take domestically and internationally?

Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2 days. Internationally, according to the carrier, it takes 3 to 5 business days.
