RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Product Returns

1. Prepare the products you want to return.
Remember that you cannot return used/opened products. Detailed return rules can be found in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2. Fill out the return form.
Enter the products you're returning and the reason for return. You can download the return form here.
If you cannot print the form, submit a written statement including: your full name; address and email address; order number or invoice number, and a list of products you're returning.
3. Pack and send the products.
You don't need to use the original box to pack the items. Remember that you are responsible for shipping costs and we won't accept cash on delivery packages.
4. You'll receive your refund within 14 days.
We will refund the money using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days from the date of your return.

Product Complaint

1. If the purchased product is defective, you can file a complaint within 2 years of purchasing the product.
Remember to keep the defective product until the complaint is resolved.
2. You can submit a complaint by contacting us via email: support@turmat.store or by phone at: +48 501 556 649. Attach the completed complaint form to your submission. You can download the complaint form here.
3. You will be informed about the next steps of the complaint process by us.
We will contact you within 14 business days at the latest. Please wait until then before proceeding with further stages of the complaint process.
4. Place the defective product in the package along with proof of purchase and the completed complaint form.
Fill out the above form. Attach it to the shipment or send it by email to: support@turmat.store. These documents are necessary for us to process your complaint quickly and efficiently.

5. SEND THE PACKAGE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS

6. We will process your complaint within 14 days from the date of shipping/receipt.
We will inform you about the status of your complaint via email or phone.
7. If your complaint is approved, we will either replace the product or you will receive a refund.
We will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
