I. General Provisions

1. The promotional campaign is carried out on the website www.turmat.store under the name “LET THE NEXT ADVENTURE BEGIN” (hereinafter: the “Promotional Campaign”).
2. The organizer of the Promotional Campaign is the owner of the Turmat.Store online shop (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
3. The Promotional Campaign is financed from the Organizer’s own funds.
4. The Organizer declares that the Promotional Campaign is not a game of chance, raffle, betting activity, promotional lottery, or any other activity referred to in the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
5. The Promotional Campaign is valid from September 9, 2026 at 00:00 until October 10, 2026 at 23:59 on the website www.turmat.store.

II. Promotion Rules

1. A participant of the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter: the “Participant”) may be any natural person with full legal capacity who makes a purchase on www.turmat.store.
2. The Promotional Campaign applies to products from the Real Turmat and Real Field Meal categories available at Turmat.Store, excluding products subject to other promotions or markdowns.
3. Under the Promotional Campaign, a Participant who adds 3 products covered by the Promotional Campaign to the shopping cart receives a 50% discount on the cheapest of these products.
4. The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart once the promotional conditions are met. No promotional code is required.
5. When purchasing a larger number of products, the discount is applied based on multiples of 3:
   a) when purchasing 3 products – 50% off 1 cheapest product,
   b) when purchasing 6 products – 50% off the 2 cheapest products,
   c) when purchasing 9 products – 50% off the 3 cheapest products,
   d) when purchasing 12 products – 50% off the 4 cheapest products,
   e) when purchasing 15 products – 50% off the 5 cheapest products.
6. If the number of purchased products is not a multiple of 3, the discount applies only to complete sets of 3 products.
7. The Promotional Campaign applies only to regular product prices and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or markdowns.
8. Shipping costs and additional services are not subject to the discount.
9. In the event of a return of products purchased under the Promotional Campaign, the refund will cover the actual amount paid for the returned products after the discount has been applied.
10. In the event of a partial return resulting in the Promotional Campaign conditions no longer being met, the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the order value and the amount of the discount granted.

III. Complaints and Returns

1. Complaints related to the Promotional Campaign may be submitted via e-mail to: support@turmat.store.
2. The complaint should include:
   a) information enabling identification of the Participant and the order,
   b) a description of the issue or concerns regarding the Promotional Campaign.
3. The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 business days from the date of receipt and inform the Participant of the outcome by e-mail.

IV. Final Provisions

1. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Campaign are available on the website www.turmat.store.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the Promotional Campaign. Amendments will not affect the rights acquired by Participants prior to their introduction.
3. Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date on which the Promotional Campaign begins.

1. The organizer of the Contest is the owner of the Turmat.Store online shop - N52 P.S.A., ul. Grobla 27A/6, 61-858 Poznań, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The Contest is conducted in accordance with these Rules and the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
3. The Contest runs from 25 July 2026 until 12 August 2026, 11:59 p.m. (CET).
4. The Contest is conducted on the Instagram platform.
5. The Contest is organized in cooperation with the content creator @luca.nelli, who acts solely as a promotional partner and is not the Organizer of the Contest.
6. The results of the Contest will be announced on 14 August 2026 via Instagram Stories on the @turmat.store profile.
7. The Organizer declares that the Contest is not a game of chance, raffle, betting game, promotional lottery or any other activity governed by the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
8. These Rules enter into force on 25 July 2026.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules for valid reasons, provided that such amendments do not infringe upon the rights already acquired by the Participants.

II. Participants and Contest Rules

1. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
2. Any natural person holding an Instagram account may participate in the Contest by completing the Contest Task.
3. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
4. To participate, the Participant must:
   - follow @turmat.store and @luca.nelli,
   - answer the following question in a comment under the contest post:
   "What does the taste of adventure mean to you?"
5. Optionally, the Participant may:
   - tag the person they would most like to go on an adventure with,
   - share the contest reel to their Instagram Stories and tag both @turmat.storeand @luca.nelli.
6. Each Participant may submit one contest entry.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that violate applicable law, Instagram's Terms of Use, or the rights of third parties.
8. For verification purposes, the Organizer may require the Participant's Instagram account to remain public until the Contest results are announced.

III. Rights to Contest Entries

1. The Participant declares that the submitted entry is their own original work.
2. The Participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the submitted entry for the purposes of organizing and promoting the Contest.
3. The Organizer may publish the Instagram username of the Winner on the @turmat.store profile.

IV. Prize

1. The Winner will be selected by a committee appointed by the Organizer based on the creativity, originality and relevance of the submitted answer to the Contest theme.
2. The Prize consists of a Turmat.Store outdoor food set with a total value not exceeding EUR 55 (gross).
3. The Prize may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
4. The Prize is exempt from Polish personal income tax in accordance with the applicable laws, provided that the statutory conditions for such exemption are met.
5. The Winner will be notified via a private message on Instagram.
6. The Winner must provide the shipping details within 3 calendar days of receiving the notification.
7. The Prize will be shipped at the Organizer's expense within 30 calendar days after receiving the complete shipping details, to an address located within the European Union.

V. Complaints

1. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to marketing@turmat.store.
2. The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

VI. Personal Data

1. The Organizer is the controller of the Participants' personal data.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of conducting the Contest, awarding the Prize and handling complaints, in accordance with the GDPR.
3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Turmat.Store Privacy Policy.

VII. Final Provisions

1. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
2. The Organizer is the promisor of the Prize within the meaning of Articles 919-921 of the Polish Civil Code.
3. Any matters not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.

II. Promotion Rules

1. The Promotion is open to any natural person with full legal capacity making a purchase on www.turmat.store.
2. The Promotion applies exclusively to Real Field Meal products available at Turmat.Store.
3. During the Promotion, customers who purchase 6 Real Field Meal products in a single order will receive the lowest-priced eligible Real Field Meal product free of charge.
4. The Promotion is applied automatically once 6 eligible products have been added to the cart. No promotional code is required.
5. For every additional group of 6 eligible Real Field Meal products purchased within the same order, the Promotion will apply to the lowest-priced product in that group.
6. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, discount codes or sale prices,except for the promotion under which customers receive a free Turkawka coffee with purchases of at least EUR 69, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotion.
7. Due to technical and accounting requirements, the promotional product will appear on the sales document at the price of EUR 0.01 (one euro cent). The equivalent amount will be deducted from another product included in the same order so that the promotional product remains free of charge for the customer.
8. Shipping costs and additional services are excluded from the Promotion.
9. In the event of a return, the refund amount will correspond to the amount actually paid, taking into account the Promotion.
10. If a partial return causes the order to no longer meet the Promotion requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the order value and adjust the refund amount accordingly.

III. Complaints and Returns

IV. Final Provisions

2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, shorten, extend or terminate the Promotion early for valid reasons, including organizational, technical or business reasons. Information about any changes will be published on www.turmat.store. Any such changes shall not affect rights acquired by participants before the changes take effect.
3. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code.

3. Within the Promotional Campaign, the Participant receives a 15% discount on products covered by the promotion.
4. The discount is applied automatically at checkout for eligible products - no promotional code is required.
5. The promotion applies only to products sold at regular prices and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, promotional codes or sale prices.
6. Shipping costs and additional services are excluded from the discount.
7. In the event of a return of products covered by the promotion, the refunded amount will correspond to the amount actually paid after applying the discount.
8. In the event of a partial return, the Organiser reserves the right to recalculate the order value if the return affects the promotional conditions.

3. Under the Promotional Campaign, the Participant who adds 3 Real Field Meal products to the cart is entitled to a50% discount on the cheapest item.
4. The discount is applied automatically in the cart once the promotion conditions are met - no promo code is required.
5. The promotion applies to multiple sets (e.g. when purchasing 6 products, the discount applies to the 2 cheapest items).
6. The promotion applies only to regular product prices and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or markdowns.
7. Shipping costs and additional services are not subject to the discount.
8. In the case of a return of products purchased under the promotion, only the amount actually paid after the discount will be refunded.
9. In the event of a partial return resulting in the promotion conditions no longer being met, the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the order value.

5. The Promotional Campaign is valid from February 20, 2026, and remains in force until revoked or until stocks of the promotional product are exhausted.

II. Rules of the Promotional Campaign

1. A Participant in the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") may be any natural person with full legal capacity who makes a purchase on www.turmat.store.
   
   
2. As part of the Promotional Campaign, a Participant who places a single order with a minimum value of €69 (after discounts, excluding delivery costs) will receive 1 sachet of the proprietary Turkawka drip bag coffee free of charge.
   
   
3. The promotional product is added to the order automatically or manually by the Organizer.
   
   
4. The Promotional Campaign may not be combined with other promotions if their terms provide otherwise.
   
   
5. In the event of a return of an order that qualified for the promotional product:
   
   the Participant is obliged to return the received Turkawka coffee, or
   
   In the event of a full or partial return of an order that qualified for the promotional product, the Participant is not obliged to return the received Turkawka coffee, and its value will not be deducted from the refund.
   
   
6. The Promotional Campaign remains valid until revoked or while stocks of Turkawka coffee last.

2. As part of the Promotional Campaign, the Participant is entitled to a -14% discount on ready-made sets (bundles) consisting of two products from the Real Turmat and/or Real Field Meal brands, available in the Turmat.Store offer.
3. The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart to eligible sets covered by the Promotional Campaign.
4. The promotion applies only to sets offered at regular prices and cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or sales.
5. Delivery costs and additional services are not subject to the discount.
6. In the event of a return of a product purchased under the Promotional Campaign, the refund will cover the amount actually paid by the Participant after applying the discount.

3. The Promotional Campaign is financed from the Organizer's own funds.
4. The Organizer declares that the Promotional Campaign is not a game of chance, raffle, betting activity, promotional lottery, or any other activity referred to in the Polish Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 888).
5. The Promotional Campaign is valid from 1 January 2025 until further notice, on the website www.turmat.store.
   
   

II. Rules of the Promotional Campaign

1. A participant of the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") may be any natural person with full legal capacity who subscribes to the newsletter on www.turmat.store.
2. Under the Promotional Campaign, the Participant receives a one-time 7% discount on purchases made in the online shop.
3. To use the discount, the Participant must: add at least 3 items of any products to the shopping cart, and enter in the discount code field the code received in the confirmation e-mail after subscribing to the newsletter.
4. The promotion applies only to regular-priced products and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or markdowns.
5. Each Participant may use the discount only once.
6. Shipping costs and any additional services are not subject to the discount.
7. In case of a return of products purchased under the Promotional Campaign, only the amount actually paid after applying the discount will be refunded.

1. The Organizer is the data controller of the Participants' personal data.
2. Personal data are processed for the purposes of carrying out the Promotional Campaign and managing the newsletter subscription, based on the Participant's voluntary consent.
3. Data processing complies with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

V. Final Provisions

1. These Terms & Conditions of the Promotional Campaign are available on the website www.turmat.store.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions during the Promotional Campaign. Any amendments shall not affect the rights acquired by Participants prior to their introduction.
3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code.
4. Upon the end of the Promotional Campaign, the Organizer will inform Participants via the website.
